Sometimes it’s best to #slowdown
Let’s get real for a moment. Over the last few weeks, since officially launching LuMar Coach & Co. (enter a quick happy/ecstatic dance for what’s been five years in the making😆🥳🥰!!!), I’ve been a nervous wreck.
I’ve worked with hundreds of thousands of #coaching
clients across the country. I’ve consistently maintained incredible relationships. I’ve helped more people than I know work towards bettering their #health
#habits & reach their #goals, & I’ve received nothing but phenomenal feedback on my coaching abilities.
Here I am, a successful & exceptionally trained coaching professional. I’ve invested huge amounts of time, energy & focus into fine tuning & crafting my skills. I’ve taken multiple tests to become certified in my practices.
Yet still, I sit here doubting myself more than ever. Why is this?? It’s because I’m human. Yes, I may be an exceptional coach. Yes, I may be #passionate about every client I work with. But, as a human I have irrational emotions just like you. I am scared of failing. I am scared of letting those I love & want to fight for down. I am frightened by the fact that this little tiny passion project could turn into something much larger than I originally anticipated.
What I want you to know in times of #fear, #doubt & #anxiety is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
No matter how skilled, trained or experienced you are, you will still be confronted with times of #challenge. Don’t be afraid to be #vulnerable about it. Don’t be afraid to seek out #support, to work with someone who understands & empathizes with what you’re going through. Whether it’s your environment, social network of family & friends, or a professional who’s highly trained, find support from sources you #trust.
Remember, when you’re feeling like a nervous wreck, it’s best to slowdown, pause & reflect.
