What do you guys do when eating out..? The main reason for weight gain in today's is poor portion control habits. Our body is designed to only take and digest a small amount of food at a time. Any excess is directly stored in the body as fat.
Before we are full, our brain sends us signals to tell us to stop eating known as satiety cues. But due to stress, distractions (phone, laptop, talking) we tend to miss or overlook this signals leading to overeating and eventually weight gain.
At a time, we should not eat more than one or two handfuls of food during meal time.
