Just make your bed. .
Once you’ve done that, it will give you a sense of accomplishment and help you feel more productive. .
The next thing you know, you’ll feel more motivated to change out of your pyjamas, take a shower, or tidy your house.
You then may feel like you want reach out to a friend for a virtual coffee or your YouTube exercise video may not seem so daunting. .
Along the way, celebrate those wins! Big or small, they are positives in the overall picture.
But, if you have a day where you just want to stay in your pyjamas, watch Netflix and allow your body to rest, that’s totally okay too.
